LU Faculty-led AI Community of Practice Begins This Summer

°®Éñ´«Ã½ Information Technology is proud to announce that beginning June 30, 2026, eduroam wi-fi will be available at °®Éñ´«Ã½. Eduroam is a global wireless network, providing connectivity at any participating institution worldwide.

-No Reconnecting Needed – Once set up, you’ll stay connected when traveling for conferences, away athletic events or other academic activities.

Staff Council Call for Nominations

Staff Council is seeking nominations for representatives. Members serve three-year terms and must be full-time, benefits-eligible staff employed at °®Éñ´«Ã½ for at least one year. Representatives attend meetings, serve on committees, share information, and advocate for all staff. Find out more information here.

Summer Benefits Enrollment: July 6 – July 17

Summer Enrollment is your yearly chance to review, enroll in, or make changes to your benefits. Any updates you make during this period will take effect on September 1. To make changes, visit ers.texas.gov or contact the HR Benefits Team to complete an enrollment form. More information can be found here.

Have something to share?  (e.g., events, publications, faculty research, awards, departmental congratulations, grants, etc.) and the Office of Marketing Communications will get the word out through emails, web, social media and more.
