HR Process for 爱神传媒 Camps

Once HR approves the contract for your camp, we will reach out to the Camp Director by email or a list of staff.

The list should include:

  • The camp name
  • Staff name
  • L number (if applicable)
  • Email address

The list should include paid staff AND volunteers.

Who Gets What?

Once we receive the list from the Camp Director, HR will send forms through NEOED to each staff member.

  • New Hires - will receive our normal onboarding paperwork and Child Abuse Training/quiz
  • Volunteers - will receive the Security Sensitive Release Form and Child Abuse Training/quiz
  • Current Lamar Employees - will receive the Security Sensitive Release Form and Child Abuse Training/quiz

Mandatory Forms and Training Requirements

The Security Sensitive Release Form (Criminal background check and National Sex Offender Public Registry check) must be completed by all staffers before the start date of camp. Background checks are good for 1 year.

Staff and volunteers must pass a criminal background check before being released to work or volunteer in LU youth programs. Staff or volunteers who have not met this requirement are prohibited from working or volunteering in a youth program.

Child Abuse Training/Quiz
