  • 12:30-1:00 PM – Speaker Jeff Spencer & book signing
  • 1:30 – 2:30 PM – Guided tour  
  • 2:30-3:00 PM – Reenactment  
  • 3:00 – 4:00 PM – Guided tour 
  • 4:00 – 5:00 PM – Guided tour  
  • 5:30 – 7:00 PM – Main Stage entertainment
  • 7:00 – 8:00 PM - “Boomtown After Dark” Guided tour 
• Rescheduled for Weather: Baptist Hospital of SETX Foundation Boomtown BBQ Bash (Presented by M&D Supply and ACE)
  Due to severe weather and as a precaution for attendee safety, we regret to announce that the Boomtown BBQ Bash scheduled for Saturday, October 25, 2025, has been postponed.

  The Bash will be rescheduled for April 18, 2026.

  What to do if you purchased a ticket:

  - Tickets: All purchased tickets will be honored for the rescheduled Spring 2026 event. If you require a refund, please contact the BHSET Foundation office directly.

  Thank you for your understanding. We look forward to seeing you at the rescheduled bash in the spring.
